Rediscover movement and an intimate connection to self as you explore the fundamentals of Yoga in a four-week course. Walk away with confidence and a solid foundation in yoga poses, the magic of movement and the power of connection between mind, body and breath.
This introductory course consists of 4 x 90 minute classes for only $200.

​Beginning September 14th, classes will run every Monday evening 5.30 to 7 for 4 weeks.
​
We will focus primarily on the Yoga Asanas (poses). Exploring correct alignment, modifications if necessary and the purpose of the movement. You will develop a solid understanding of what you are trying to achieve in each pose.
​
We will begin with the foundation postures and from there will begin to incorporate them into a sequence, building later to more challenging poses.
​
At the end of the course, you will know the essential components of yoga - breathing, poses, meditation, intention and relaxation. You may even be able to touch your toes again :-)
